The kitesurf comes from a combination of many other sports (windsurfing, <\/span>waterski, wakeboard, paragliding) and in a sense it could be considered the <\/span>natural evolution of windsurfing, since the use of lighter equipment offers you <\/span>unlimited possibilities in the rider. The rider uses a small boat, driving while <\/span>holding the boom, connected with long ropes to the kite<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The key feature that <\/span>distinguishes the kitesurf, is the force of lift ,\u00a0 the third force that has been added, <\/span>in which the rider can use to pull the kite up, to perform high jumps and <\/span>consequently impressive maneuvers.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The island is a paradise of windsurfing. The\u00a0 beach of St. John, which ranks <\/span>among the top three in Europe, together with the beach of Basiliki\u00a0 cover <\/span>almost all needs of worldwide sports friends.<\/span><\/p>

The area of the Ionian Sea in the summer months “cooled” by thermal winds <\/span>(mistral). The island of Lefkada is a place for\u00a0 bicycle. Starting from the island’s <\/span>capital, Lefkada, with a bike very easily you can meet throughout the city <\/span>and surroundings. You can pedal the historic center and reach the <\/span>beaches around the island.<\/span><\/p>

The island is ideal for mountain biking. The <\/span>hinterland of the island is lush with tall mountains and picturesque <\/span>villages, full of trails that bring the rider closer to nature, discovering <\/span>amazing places.<\/span><\/p>

There are organized clubs\u00a0 mountain biking programs <\/span>operating in many parts of the island. In the town of Lefkada, Nidri and <\/span>Vassiliki there are bicycle rental agencies that can provide everything <\/span>necessary to explore the island by riding.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u03a4he paragliding\u00a0 got its name from the French words parachute\u00a0 <\/span>(parachute ) and pent ( slope ). It is the simplest form of flight. The\u00a0 <\/span>operator take off of a cliff and operates air currents to prolong his flight <\/span>down before landing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
